The form may collect your name, business email, organisation, intent, description, indicative budget, timeline and source page. The information is used only to qualify, answer and follow up your request.
Legal basis and recipients
Processing is based on your request for pre-contractual measures and, where applicable, Move2.digital’s legitimate interest in answering it. Access is limited to the people handling the request and essential technical processors.
Retention
A request that does not lead to a contractual relationship is kept for no more than twelve months after the last exchange, unless a legal duty or earlier erasure request applies.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection or portability where applicable by emailing bruno.quemener@move2.digital. You may also contact the French data protection authority, CNIL.
Cookies and analytics
The site currently uses no advertising or non-essential audience measurement. The private preview may use strictly necessary hosting-platform authentication cookies. Free-text form content is never used as analytics data.
Security
Data is transmitted over HTTPS and requests are stored server-side. Move2.digital limits collection and access, while no system can remove every risk.
